These bridging courses strengthen your academic foundation for your chosen programme. If you have the 3 SPM credits required for Diploma entry but missed the necessary grade in a specific prerequisite subject, these courses offer an alternative pathway to qualify for admission.
Foundation / Bachelor Degree Programmes
Bridging courses are also available for Foundation / Bachelor degree applicants. Please note that applicants must meet the minimum entry requirements. The bridging course serves only to satisfy specific SPM-level prerequisites that are mandatory for certain Bachelor degree programmes.
How to Apply
Upon consultation with the Department of Admissions and Credit Evaluation (DACE) and the relevant faculty, you may register for the following courses—each designed to strengthen your foundation and prepare you for full programme integration:

This course is designed to:
- Enhance students’ English language proficiency to effectively engage in a tertiary teaching and learning environment
- Equip students with the necessary skills to meet the entry requirements for Diploma or Bachelor’s programs at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT).
